IPDatatel is now rebranded as Alula. Alula is taking what IPDatatel started and taking it to a whole new level. You'll find Alula / IPDatatel communicators in this section that you can use for self-monitoring and remote control. These communicators require the use of Alula's Dual-path Interactive Service to operate, and you may also add Central Station Monitoring service if you desire.

In this section, you'll find the Alula communicators we carry. These communicators are dual-path cellular and IP devices, which can offer remote interactive features and signal forwarding to a Central Station. Alula communicators offer more integrated features for certain older alarm systems, such as the DSC PowerSeries and Honeywell Vista. To see if the Alula communicators offer integration with your alarm system, check each communicator's page for its compatibility list.
The first communicator in this list is the Alula BAT-Connect. The BAT-Connect uses dial capture to read outgoing signals from your panel and offers Keybus communication to compatible communicators for interactive control. The BAT-Connect offers 4G LTE cellular communication through either AT&T or Verizon, along with both an Ethernet port and Wifi connectivity for IP communication. Following that, we have the BAT-Mini AV, which is a simpler version of the BAT-Connect. The BAT-Mini is a dual-SIM device, meaning it has both an AT&T and a Verizon SIM card built in, allowing it to use whichever cellular connectivity path offers the best signal at your location. Along with its cellular communication, the BAT-Mini also offers Wifi connectivity for backup IP communication.
