Two Wire Smoke Detectors System Sensor DSC

Two Wire Smoke Detectors System Sensor DSC

Two Wire Type Smoke Detectors can be used if you just need simple smoke detection and don't need to zone the detectors off on their own zones. These use only two wires for providing power and data and need wired all together on the same run. There are also models which have built-in heat sensors that trip at 135 degrees and on-board sounders to alert those in the immediate area.

If you're needing a simple two wire smoke detector then the 2W-B is the perfect fit. These smokes are great for running all through the building to help prevent or alert to a huge fire disaster. These can be used on any 12 or 24 volt system and have a maximum 130 mA draw.

The next smoke in the lineup of two wire detectors we offer is the 2WT-B model. These cannot only sense smoke but can also sense heat when temperatures reach 135 degrees. These are great for catching and possibly preventing an emergency two different ways.

The next smoke in the two wire lineup is the 2WTA-B which is the same as the 2WT-B, but comes with a built-in sounder for giving notice that a fire is occurring in the area and if you want all sounders in these smokes to sound when one is tripped then you'll need a reversing relay module like the RRS-MOD.

The last item you'll find here is the COSMO2W and COSMOD2W. The COSMO2W is a combination smoke and carbon monoxide detector and has to be used with the COSMOD2W module. You can run 12 combo units per module and the module provides the reversing relay action for the COSMO2W which contain sounders. The module separates out the smoke and CO zones before going back to the panel.
