Qolsys S-Line 319.5 MHz Radio Card For IQ5 - QOL QC0001-840
NOTICE: While this daughter card is compatible with both the IQ 4 and IQ 5 systems, most IQ 4's DO NOT have an open slot for them by default. Only the IQ Panel 5 and IQ 5 Hub systems come stock with open daughter card slots.
The IQ Card-319 daughter card enables your Qolsys IQ5 or IQ4 system to communicate wirelessly with 319.5MHz wireless devices. There are numerous 319.5MHz wireless devices that are covered by this daughter card, which can be viewed using the linked "Compatible Wireless" document linked below. That includes devices from the Qolsys S-Line wireless series, legacy Interlogix wireless devices, Resolution wireless devices, and even some Ecolink wireless devices. This card allows you to either take over existing wireless sensors in your home, reducing upfront installation costs, or simply expand the number of sensor options available to your system for future additions. Keep in mind that all IQ5 systems come with PowerG and PowerG + wireless technology built into the system, which are the highest quality sensors available for IQ systems due to their range, security, and connectivity features, so this 319.5MHz daughter card is only required when you specifically wish to add 319.5MHz devices.
All IQ5 systems will come with a free daughter card slot for adding this device if it is needed for your installation. Only certain IQ4 systems will have an available daughter card slot, so be sure to check your system to make sure one is available before ordering. When installing this daughter card, all you have to do is mount the daughter card in the indicated slot on the back of your IQ system while the system is depowered, and route the antenna connected to the card. Once rebooted, your system will then allow you to enroll new or legacy 319.5MHz wireless devices. The IQ Panel system offers daughter card tests to ensure that the card is installed and working properly, if needed.

The previous generation IQ Remote could only connect to the IQ panel using WiFi access, so it was limited in many scenarios where WiFi was not available or didn't have the range to allow it to operate as intended. Using a PowerG wireless signal, the IQR-PG can be used with all current IQ panel 4s because all IQ4 systems come with the PowerG wireless card. Be aware the IQR-PG does not work with older IQ panels, you must have an IQ Panel 4, IQ4NS, IQ Hub, or IQ Pro system to use the IQR-PG. It also allows a much better connection at much longer ranges over the WiFi version due to how well PowerG wireless signal operates. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe IQR-PG brings an updated look to IQ Remotes and a few additional features the previous model did not have. First, you'll notice the IQR-PG has a speaker bar along the bottom of the device providing an 85db siren output. The touchscreen is similar in size offering a 7-inch LCD touchscreen with a 1024x600 resolution. While the IQR-PG does not use WiFi as its main wireless signal, it can still be connected to WiFi for its standard connection, and firmware updates pushed from Qolsys. Another major addition to the IQR-PG as compared to the previous version is a much better backup battery. The backup battery in the IQR-PG is rated for up to 24 hours of power after a loss of AC to the unit, which is about 6 times what the previous gen offered.
