Alarm.com ADC-W114C Wi-Fi Wireless Digital Chime

The ADC-W114C is Alarm.com's latest digital chime for their video doorbell cameras. These digital chimes simply plug directly into a wall outlet, and from there, can be enrolled on your Alarm.com account. The W114C has an antenna-less, compact design that offers a few benefits when compared to the existing ADC-W115C digital chime variant. Being much smaller, the W114C can be placed in more locations, and it is much less likely to be knocked out of the outlet it is plugged into. In addition, since there are no antennas to worry about, finding a suitable location for the chime is easier, as you only have to worry about where you will get the most use from the chiming sounds. The only drawback of the W114C is that it does not act as a Wi-Fi access point or repeater as the W115C does. However, this feature was rarely used anyway, and without it saves some cost. For those with weaker Wi-Fi signals to their Alarm.com doorbell camera, the ADC-W115C is still a viable option for adding both a wireless chime and extending your Wi-Fi range. 

The W114C integrates with your existing Alarm.com account via Wi-Fi, and from there, you can connect it to any Alarm.com Video Doorbell you may have. The W114C offers customizable chime options for the video doorbells so that any time the doorbell button is pressed, it rings your custom chime. Chimes can also be set up to trigger during the video doorbell's recording rule triggers, which provides an audible notification that your doorbell has started to record a video. The W114C can be attached to multiple video doorbells if you have more than one, and multiple W114C chimes can be set up throughout the home to trigger off of a single doorbell if desired.
