Which IQ Panel 4 do I need?

Deciding which IQ Panel 4 to purchase primarily comes down to whether you have existing wireless sensors you wish to use with the new IQ system. There are 3 secondary wireless cards you can get with the IQ Panel 4. These are used to take over legacy wireless sensors from a previous system. On each product page below, you can find a "Compatible wireless" document link, which will show you exactly what sensors can be carried over for each system. 

If you have legacy wireless sensors from an Interlogix system or plan to use the Qolsys S-Line sensors, the best panel option is the PowerG + 319.5MHz IQ Panel. 

Legacy Honeywell and 2GIG wireless sensors can be used with the PowerG + 345MHz IQ Panel. 

The Legacy DSC wireless sensors can be taken over using the PowerG + 433MHz IQ Panel. 

If you are starting fresh, it is best to use PowerG wireless sensors because they include many useful features like 128-bit encryption, frequency hopping, and battery management based on signal strength.
