Is the DSC PG9911B battery powered or does it come with a power adapter?

The PG9911B runs on long-life lithium batteries. The expected life span of the battery is 5 years before you have to replace them. The siren sends a low battery signal to the panel when the battery does get low so as to let you know you need to change it before it dies.
