Yes, adding and managing existing users can both be handled through the Total Connect App.

Which package includes central station monitoring and remote access?
The Total Connect 2.0 Smart Security Package: $17.95 / month and the Total Connect 2.0 Smart Home Security Package: $23.95 / month provide app access. The latter of the two options here provides for home automation control as well.
Neither of these plans include the central station service however. That must be purchased here:

If I sign up for smart security package now, can I upgrade to Smart Home Security package at a later date? I plan on purchasing TUXEDO touchscreen now and introducing Z Wave components later. Also, what is the contract commitment for the packages?
Yes, you can upgrade service with us at any time. And we dont do contracts, our TC services are just an annual payment plan, you're free to cancel whenever you wish.

I have totalconnect2.0 at 2 locations, I would like to switch my monitoring company and provider . How can this be done? I am located in Oakville, Ontario Canada. Is there a number you can be reached at so I can call?

If I have a Honeywell GSMVLP5-4 4G communicator, will it work? I have a lynx 5100.
It will not. The GSM communicators are from the 3G generation and can no longer be activated. You would need to upgrade the communicator to an LTE version.
