Annual Alula Dual-Path Central Station Monitoring

This is an annual subscription service plan combining both the Alula Dual-path communication and Central Station Monitoring services. Those with an Alula communicator, such as either the Alula BAT communicators, may use this service to gain access to the Alula mobile app, as well as professional monitoring for their alarm system. 

The Alula Dual-path Service provides: 

• Dual-path (cellular & IP) signal forwarding
• Remote arming/disarming via CORBUS integration or Keyswitch, dependent on equipment compatibility*
• Personal notifications about the system via email and push notifications from the Alula app
• A virtual keypad in the Alula app - dependent on equipment compatibility*
• 24-hour communication supervision

* Alula communicators offer individual compatibility guides, which indicate what features are available for the system they are installed on.  

Professional monitoring provides dispatch on alarm conditions for your alarm system. The Central Station follows standard procedures for each alarm type that is sent by your system.

The central station's current standard response for alarms is:

Burglary: Verification #1, Verification #2, dispatch PD, then notify a contact on the call list.
Fire / Carbon Monoxide / Heat: Dispatch FD, then notify a contact at verification numbers or the call list in that order.
Panic / Holdup: Dispatch PD then notify contact on the call list.
Environmental alarms such as water, temperature or humidity: notify a contact on the call list.
System Troubles: Notify a contact on the call list.
