Alula offers IP Communicators like the IP BAT WIFI that give home or business owners the ability to monitor their own alarm systems by receiving alarm and system event notifications via email, push notifications and text. It also gives the user a moderate level of remote control of the system as well via the Alula Security app.

This service fee is for the yearly use of the Alula IP Communicators and is required for the device to function.

  • Hi, I have a Concord 4 system. If I buy a Alula BAT connect, can you do central station monitoring using the $103 annual fee option? Thank you.

    No, the Bat Connect requires the dual-path service for the Alula portion of service because it is a dual-path communicator. If you want Central Station monitoring as well, you will also need that service: https://www.alarmsystemstore.com/products/alarm-monitoring

  • I have recently installed a DSC Neo powerseries in one of my customer's building. This is my most valued customer with 10 sites that i will be setting up over th next few months. I discovered that the Alulah communicator is only partial compatible. Is alarm.com communicator the only one that will allow my customer the ability to contol the alarm via an app or website?

    That is correct. The Alarm.com integration with the NEO is the only option that offers proper interactive features. 

  • I have an Alula security system and would like to be notified with a text message, email and or phone call if this is an alarm condition. Can you provide that type of service? I also have a thermostat and lights I would like to control.

    Alula services provide remote access to the system, email and push notifications. Texts require an additional charge, and calls are not available. The Alula services however, will not allow you to control automation devices. For a more robust setup, you might look at Alarm.com services if your system is compatible as they do offer all of what you listed. Feel free to reach out via email if you need any assistance.
