Is the Honeywell 12612 the only thing I would need to provide additional power?

The 12612, being an add-on power supply, will require its own backup battery (BD412 or BD712) and transformer (DSC PTC1640). It needs these because the board needs a power source to be able to supply power and it needs its own battery just in case the power goes out so it can stay functioning.
