How is the Alarm.com SEM for Honeywell Vista wired?

Always make sure that the system is powered down to avoid any accidents. Then you will wire the GND on the SEM to terminal 4 on the Vista. Next Green goes to terminal 6. Then Yellow connects to terminal number 7. Finally the SEM comes with a red wire with an attached fuse and battery terminal connector. You’ll connect the +12V on the SEM directly to the positive (red) backup battery terminal. The connector will allow for the Vista panel to connect to the backup battery as well.
