Alarm.com Cellular Sensor Flex IO Monthly Service

Alarm.com's FLEX IO is a one-of-a-kind device that allows you to protect your belongings anywhere an LTE signal is available. To utilize this technology, the FLEX IO must be connected to an Alarm.com account.

The recurring monthly rate of the cellular fees for the FLEX IO is $7.50 per month per device. that means 1 sensor = $7.50 per month, 2 sensors = $15 per month, etc. We do not do contracts and the services can be canceled at any time. Once you have purchased this product, you will be sent an activation form via email. Once we have received your activation form your account will be created and your account activation email will be sent, usually within a few hours of getting your activation form during business hours. Activations are done Mon - Fri between 9:30am and 5:30PM EST.

How does the Flex IO work. I other words will it notify you via an app once it is triggered?

Yes, if used standalone, you will be provided access to the Alarm.com app which can provide you notifications and status of the Flex sensors. If you have an existing Alarm.com interactive account for an alarm system though, the Flex sensors can be added on to that service and will integrate with your existing account.
