Alarm.com ADC-T40K-HD-W Smart Color Touchscreen Thermostat - White
The ADC-T40K-HD-W is an all-white version of the standard ADC-T40K-HD high-definition, touchscreen thermostat. The white design matches the backplate and provides a potentially better aesthetic for many homes. As with the standard T40K, the ADC-T40K-HD-W offers nearly universal compatibility with 24VAC HVAC systems. This allows pretty much anyone with an Alarm.com automation account to simply install the ADC-T40K-HD-W and start automating their home's HVAC system. The ADC-T40K-HD-W is compatible with all of Alarm.com's automation platforms, including remote operation, scenes, energy-saving schedules, and even geo-fencing for location-based automation. In addition, temperature sensors such as the ADC-S40-T can be paired with the ADC-T40K-HD-W, which allows the thermostat to regulate the temperature between itself and areas that include a temperature sensor. This can help save energy costs and provide a normalized temperature throughout your home so you can be comfortable, no matter what room you're in.
While the ADC-T40K-HD-W can function as an independent thermostat, the majority of its automation features require an Alarm.com service plan that includes automation. Both residential and commercial Alarm.com service plans include these automation features, so the ADC-T40K-HD-W will serve you well in both a home and business setting. Installation of the ADC-T40K-HD-W is extremely simple as well.
