No. Unless they happen to be cyborg deer. The RE304 is actually triggered by distortions in the Earth’s magnetic field that are caused by large metal objects moving by. So people or animals or blowing leaves will not cause false alarms.

False alarms will generally only occur on the RE304 if the sensor is moved. This could be from poor mounting or someone tampering with it.
