How many zones can a Lynx Touch accommodate?

The Honeywell Lynx Touch has two models. These two models are the Lynx Touch L5210 and the Lynx Touch L7000. Both have a different amount of zones that each can handle.

The Honeywell Lynx L5210 is the smaller of the two panels and can accommodate up to 64 wireless zones. That means that you can add up to 64 wireless devices to the Lynx L5210. You can add burglary devices like door and window contacts, motion detectors and glass break detectors. You can also add environmental detection devices such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, flood sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. This system is suitable for residential installations from smaller homes to bigger sized homes.

The Lynx L7000 has the most zone capacity of the panels in the Lynx Touch family. The Lynx Touch L7000 has the capability to handle up to 80 zones. You will be able to add up to 80 Honeywell wireless devices to the L7000 system. This includes all of the devices mentioned above in the information about the Lynx Touch L5210.
