Can the 5821 be used by itself for the temperature and flood sensing?

You can use the 5821 by itself as an ambient temperature for a room. You can also monitor a freezer or a refrigerator, but you will have to add a probe to it to do this.

You cannot use the 5821 by itself to monitor flooding, but you can add the flood probe to it to do this.
