I’m not using a telephone line, how do I turn off telephone line monitoring on the DSC 1616, 1832, and 1864?

The process to turn off telephone line monitoring is very simple:

1. Enter programming with *8 - installer code.
2. Go to section 015.
3. Turn off toggle option 7 by pressing 7.
4. Press # twice to exit programming.
5. Verify that the trouble condition for the phone line should is gone.
