How do I know if my DSC PowerSeries 1616/1832/1864 is compatible with the Alarm.com System Enhancement Module (SEM)?

The SEM is compatible with PowerSeries panels of version 4.2 and higher. To check you’ll want to look for a green sticker located on the main circuit board. On the bottom of the sticker, you should see a ‘V’ followed by a number. This is your panels version number. If you’ve just purchased a panel from us you will be good to go.
