Does the probe provide contact closure or does it have to be used with your control panel?
The Probe is only designed to work with the DA-500 driveway alert. I dont see any information showing it can perform normal NC or NO operation.

Does this come with a indoor alarm
Not with this item alone. This is just a probe. You will need to add the Control Panel to trigger a chime: https://www.alarmsystemstore.com/products/mier-da-500-drive-alert-control-panel-only
