Annual ADC Cellular / Dual-Path Central Station Monitoring Service

This is an annual subscription to Central Station Monitoring using an Alarm.com communicator. Once you have purchased, you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to activate your service. Please note that Alarm.com and Central Station are separate activations, and you will need to complete both during this process.

This service does not include any interactive features from Alarm.com, but you will have both cellular and IP communication paths, and you can upgrade to interactive features at any time. The Alarm.com communicator that your system utilizes will also be able to perform daily checks to ensure that you maintain a connection to your services. Central Station has a standard set of procedures they follow when they receive an alarm signal from your panel which are listed below.

The central station's current standard response for alarms is:

Burglary: Verification #1, Verification #2, dispatch PD, then notify a contact on the call list.
Fire / Carbon Monoxide / Heat:
Dispatch FD, then notify a contact at verification numbers or the call list in that order.
Panic / Holdup:
Dispatch PD then notify contact on the call list.
Environmental alarms such as water, temperature or humidity:
notify a contact on the call list.
System Troubles:
Notify a contact on the call list.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • I have been using your Central Monitoring Service for several years using a landline. I also have an EyesOn EVL4 (I think I got it from you) for remote access. I have been considering dropping the landline and going to dual path monitoring. The normally suggested route is through an all in one communicator, but I noticed that EyesON has an LTE module that, in conjunction with the EVL would give me that functionality. My question is, would these components be compatible with your monitoring service?

No, we are not able to provide monitoring or the cellular component/service associated with the EVL units.
