What is the operating temperature range? 150F is max install temp, nothing listed for min.

I see no minimum listed so I have to assume there is no minimum temp. Being that this is a passive non powered device that wouldn't surprise me though really.
Smoke detectors, to PGM2 what will be the best for Heat detectors on a DSC alarm?

Heat only detectors do not go to a PGM. They simply go to a zone.
Can the System Sensor 5604 be used in a 4 wire system by connecting only the alarm circuit wires? Can the sensor be located between the control panel and the last smoke detector/EOL?

It is not recommended to mix smokes on the same circuit as heats.
