Return Policy

Protech Systems offers a 30 day 100% product price return policy for all products on our website with the exception or wire and batteries. We do not charge any restocking fees whatsoever providing the following conditions are met:

1. You must obtain an RMA number from us via email or phone. Contact details are located on the website.

2. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.

3 Product must be received at our warehouse location within 30 days of the order date.

4. Products being returned must be in new and resaleable condition, including the product's packaging and any manuals and documentation included with the product. Any product returned appearing used, improperly packaged, with items missing, without the complete documentation materials, or any of these documents being marked or tattered will either be refused for return or incur points off of the original price ranging from 10% to 50% depending on return condition. In such cases the customer will have the option to choose to cancel the return or accept any pertentage points off product price.

 

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Protech Systems product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Protech Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Protech Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Protech Systems shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
