Alarm.com ADC-IS-300-LP Image Motion Sensor

 The Alarm.com ADC-IS-300-LP is an image sensor that can be used in conjunction with Alarm.com Services with the following alarm systems:

An image sensor is a motion detector that has a camera built-in. The motion detector can cover a 35-foot range and has a 90-degree horizontal FOV. When being used with the Alarm.com Services you can remotely set the motion sensitivity for situations like adjusting it so a pet, up to 40 lbs., doesn't accidentally set it off. The unit features a tri-colored LED that will help you with installation and troubleshooting by presenting a certain color LED for certain conditions. The unit takes snapshot images in full color and has night vision capability of up to 20 feet. When taking snapshots in darkness the sensor produces black and white images and has IR illuminating to light up the scene. 

The ADC-IS-300-LP does not need an internet connection to connect to Alarm.com servers. It will send images through whatever Alarm.com compatible cellular communicator the system is using. It also uses a wireless signal to connect to the alarm system itself so no running wires for its installation. The 300-LP measures 3.0” by 1.8” by 1.8” and is made of white fire resistant UL 94 plastic. The sensor can be used in environments with temperature ranges between 32-110°F. 

Please note, a daughterboard may be required to use with some older communicators/systems.
