Can't Beat this System |

System was very easy to install and works great! Programming was just a little confusing, but all the info is there - you just need to read a little and not be afraid to play with it. There were a couple of issues with my order, but a call to the store - which was returned within an hour resolved the issues in an outstanding manner. Excellent system and customer service.

Easy to install with a little help |

I've wanted an alarm for a while, but really didn't want to mess with running wires. I called a few local places about installing one, but they wanted a fortune unless I signed up for 3 years of monitoring at $30 a month. I got online and found I could get a way better deal with no commitment of monitoring.
I got the DSC 9047 kit because it was all wireless and I found favorable reviews on DSC alarm systems in general.
Long story short, installation was easy, programming was a little confusing, but after a call to alarmsystemstore for some tech support it all made sense and was a easy. After Andy at alarmsystemstore gave me a quick walkthru example, I took it from there and was done in 10 minutes or so.
Make sure where ever you buy from that the place offers free support. (Alarmsystemstore does, though you may need to leave a message for support to call you back as I had to) I'd probably have stumbled thru the setup for hours if not for Andy explaining a few simple steps.
